Sifu Heracles Stamatis, in cooperation with Ioannis Dedes, will be the speakers of the forthcoming 2day seminar titled “Physical and energy self-defence”. The seminar will be held on 24th and 25th of November 2018, at Semantron Hotel.
Palamidio championship is one of the most established competition tournaments of the season. Our association, with its continuous presence at the tournament during the past years, will participate again in the competition that will be held on 10th and 11th of November, at the city of Nafplio.
